 | Fungus prevention We begin as early as October and November to prepare for the following vintage. An infusion of horsetail is sprinkled on our soils, particularly those of our orchards and vineyards. In this way we force fungi to retreat to where they originally belong: in and on the soil. It remains important however to grant fungi a space of their own. They are free to retreat to and thrive in the soils of border zones and those of unplanted sites left to rest and recover. The result is a symbiotic coexistence. |
