Pannonian diversity. In order to preserve our healthy soils we aim for a sensible sequence of crops and for this purpose we cultivate a great number of diverse varieties and cultures. Most important are the heritage wheat varieties einkorn, summer emmer and winter emmer. In classic agriculture these species have become extinct and may now only be found on very few farms. They contain valuable nutritional ingredients in much higher quality.
Spelt, oat, rye, winter and summer barley, winter and summer durum wheat, millet, maize and buckwheat are all refined on the farm, stored and then directly distributed to the mills. Our grains reflect the actual conditions of the individual year as we do not use irrigation and although harvest yields are sometimes lower, higher protein contents are won.
